Ordering Products By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
Payment & Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your order. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Digital Products & Delivery Digital products are instant downloads. This means NO REFUNDS. Digital products are sent instantly via email. These are courses and eBooks — please make sure your email is correct. If you don't receive your product, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please email us and we will manually resend it to you.
Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital purchases. Period.
User Accounts You may need to register for an account to purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately upon any unauthorized use.
1:1 Coaching & Booked Calls Coaching calls and bookings are scheduled after payment. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
Intellectual Property All content, courses, eBooks, templates and materials are the intellectual property of Marie ACHEBE. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability Marie ACHEBE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Results from any course, coaching or resource are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort and market conditions.
