Using rent-to-rent, company-let and short-let operating strategies, Marie helped build MARLEX Apartments into a serviced-accommodation business operating more than 55 apartments across London, including Canary Wharf and the Tower Bridge/London Bridge corridor. She founded Digital Property Boss Academy so that others would not have to pay the same price she paid to learn the industry without a personal mentor. Marie says she has helped more than 400 people take steps into the Airbnb and serviced-accommodation business through her coaching and education.
