I built a seven-figure short-let operation without owning a single property. That fact matters less as a boast than as evidence: the barrier most people believe is capital is very often information. Remove the information gap and the barrier moves.
Everything I have built since is an attempt to remove that gap at scale — in London, across Africa, and anywhere someone has more ambition than access.
